The house is great for large groups such as our family group. Spacious modern house which has everything you need for a stay with plenty of fridges and storage space which is suitable for large groups. The pool was great and the outdoor area surrounding the pool and the eating area was brilliant. Highly recommended and will hopefully be back again! Alex was great and very welcoming and was always on hand whenever required for any small queries we had.

“This Villa suited our family holiday very much, we were delighted with it.”

The best

The Villa was in a good location. It was clean, very spacious, with an abundance of fridges and freezers to cater for our large family group. There was good air con in all rooms. The outdoor eating area and pool were nicely situated around the shape of the villa. The pool was a salt water one but not as salty as the sea. The TV was large and good reception. All enquiries were answered quickly by the agent, good, friendly communication.

To be improved

The driveway was steep and entrance / electric gate was quite narrow and at a slightly tight angle. We had thee hire cars but I left mine outside on the lay-by across the road. The outdoor griddle wasn’t working, which we were warned about, but that didn’t bother us as there was a BBQ next to it. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed,but in a large villa like this, unless reported to the agent they are not always aware of them. I would recommend taking jungle formula insect repellent as most of us were bitten many times especially in the evenings whilst sitting outside ( holiday last two weeks in July).

2 bedrooms are very dark as they have tiny windows, 2 of the down stairs showers didn’t have any hot water and even though we reported this it never got fixed. The pool filters were rarely turned on causing the water to start to discolour and get very warm. We paid a€300 damage deposit in good faith which the agent then wouldn’t return as they said we caused a plug and socket to melt… this was not caused by us and looking at the picture they provided looked like an electrical wiring short caused it, however, they kept our deposit and had no intention of returning it, unfortunately this has tainted my opinion of this property as I feel I have been scammed and had no further recourse to resolve this dispute. So beware if you rent from this particular agent( apparently they have 40 properties they manage).
