The house is amazing. Super spacious rooms, grand entrance, lovely garden and the pool is just incredible. Fresh milk and coffee was great. The pool isnt heated but we didnt mind at all. Kids loved it.

To be improved

The process of picking up keys and dropping them back was quite complicated and required several calls. Someone without a car would have struggled as you need to collect them from a different building about 10 mins away by car. They need to find a better system for this. We had an issue with not being able to access WI-Fi and with the heating not working. Eventually we sorted the Wifi by tweaking with boxes and cables but took over an hour. Then we also had to restart the secondary heating system. I think they should do a proper check prior to guests arriving that everything is in working order. Some basic /essential items for the kitchen and bathrooms would be welcome. After all, it's supposed to be a luxury stay. Some soap, shampoo, salt, sugar, oil, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products would have made the stay more relaxing. It's too far to walk to the beach so you need a car to move around.
