Luxury villa Fanabe with private garden

Ver nice and clean property with everything you need. Garden area was lovely with access to a pool practically outside the front door.

Everything was perfect. Apartment had everything that we needed, including toys for kids. Big and cosy backyard was perfect. Pool area not too busy, and separate pool for kids with up to 1 m. depth was perfect choise for our kids. We will definitely return here.

The villa was a home with everything needed for a week stay. Usually we stay at four or five star hotels when travelling to Tenerife. Our stay at Luxury villa Fanabe did exceed our expectations and we would choose the villa next time if available rather than a hotel. Service given by phone or with messages was excellent.

I can’t say that I liked anything about this place, unfortunately it seem to me a scam to try to get money honestly… the apartment has the details in the pictures but failed badly to be ready! Worst is that we have given the chance for the owner Mr Tom to fix all and clean it but they could careless and tried to fool us saying that they would retrieve our money back and have been with stories till now. We had this night mare of stay back in October and since than Mr Tom has been saying that he is in touch with Booking.com to sort out the problem and retrieve our money and never did they do anything in reality! i spent almost 800€ to stay there and left after the first night, we my family preferred to sleep on the grass on the towels than inside because it was so dirty😖 It’s a huge shame to have to come here after these 3 months to do a formal claim in this manner! i will still look for the compensation which is mine as we ended up not sleeping there of course … it’s a shame and I am honestly sad that Mr Tom after so many promises has never returned back and I have always tried in the best way and indeed trusted him. I feel very frustrated about this situation and am now publicly saying DO NOT rent with this gentleman if the house is not in order he will just not give a crap but will tell you how sorry he is and bla bla bla… please beware and if you fall on this chose another one! And Mr Tom, if what I am saying isn’t true please show here ther proof that you are doing something about the matter! And I will gladly take this back and everyone’s will know you keep your word.

The property was beautifully decorated & clean.

the garden area was very nice, a Bali bed, dining table and seating area were all very comfortable, we spent much of our time here. the apartment is small but we'll designed and decorated, all the Essential tools are provided, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer etc. the bed was comfortable and air con is provided in the main living area and the bedroom. the shower is fantastic, a big rain effect shower head. the host was very easy to commence with and all the instructions for access and use of the apartment were easy to follow.
