The best

Lovely villa. The lady who met us for check in was very friendly and the owner was very nice too. Homely and clean. Nicely decorated. A lovely villa and I believe the owner is continuing to make additions.

To be improved

Unfortunately for us we had building work next door, and a ridiculously noisy all day/night Saturday event at the local golf club whose acoustics work like an amphitheatre around the valley. We had to wait for someone to arrive later than planned to check in and no one came for a check out. There is no alarm unless you request the host to switch it on and off for you remotely, effectively letting them know when you are out which defeats the object of an alarm. We had 3 unannounced gardener visits and one requested visit from the owner with an electrician. All this in a 5 day stay which was booked last minute so perhaps this was the cause of these problems.
