The best

Clean and spacious apartment, nicely equipped. Fast WiFi and smart TV with access to streaming platforms. Great location near the beach (although it's closed for swimming, its still nice for walks) . Restaurants and stores around. The area is calm so it was a plus for us. We used the underground parking which was very helpful since its hard to park on the streets. The check out time was flexible and it's another plus since our flight back was quite late and we didn't had to hassle with the suitcases for whole day :)

To be improved

We had a little cockroach guest but it's expected as the apartment is on the ground floor ;) Bedroom door need a little regulation since they get stuck while opening and make a loud noise but it's just a detail.

“Disappointing”

The best

subterranean private parking included. Comfy big bed. dishwasher and washing machine. But the clothes do not dry because the terrace never sees the sun, it is quite humid. The pool is beautiful but not heated, so it is cold! And the gate with direct access from the terrasse to the pool is locked, so you need to get through the entrance hall to get to the exterior area (garden/ pool); absurd. And the sun-beds are very very tired! Two sofas in the living room make’s plenty of space to sit, but one of them is squeezed behind the table: weird. The kitchen is well equipped but no lids for pans, broken wine opener, dirty oven. We had to dish few items before using the them. Wifi works fine but you have to lift the router to see under the long 17 letters&numbers code. Big bathroom with two sinks but dirty in the corners, hairs under the sink, bathtub water evacuation blocked, broken shower curtain and half of the lightbulb missing or broken.

To be improved

over 500€/week and with that name, you really expect a high standard and a good quality service. The guy Daniel supposed to be your contact is terribly difficult to reach and to get info from him. Checkin instructions were unclear and delivered the late evening before arrival. Quite stressing. Confusing messages, the keys were not there, unanswered calls… well, a mess. The cleaning is far from spotless ( pictures) , no extra pillows in the bed and very wrinkled sheets, no cleaning or change of bedding provided for a 2 weeks stay. No vaccum cleaner or mopp, no extra trash bags neither. In the living room no coffee table and only one outlet behind the sofa and another one behind the tv.

The best

Wow! Perfect and calm location near the centre, beach and shops. Beautiful and cosy flat. Fully (and even more than you can imagine) equipped kitchen and other rooms. Really nice for pleasant family holiday. And the underground garage which is timesaver in this area. And the pool :) for quick refreshment! Definitely we are coming back ;) no

Very nice comfortable apartment, clean with big patio. We valued garage in house, street were as usually full. Playa Jardin is near. Thanks for great holiday.
