LXR Vistahermossa 3BDR. Apt Next to sea

It started out quite bad. The host showed us the apartment and presented us for a deposit at 300€, that we had to pay when we arrived. 5 minutes later, she knocked at the door, telling us there was a big misunderstading, it was the wrong apartment - wrong floor. We got our stuff and went upstairs to the right apartment. Here is really bad cleaning, the furniture is either broken or about to fell apart. The apartment has beds for 6 persons, but there is cutlery and chairs for 4 persons. The floor around the apartment was discusting and filled with black hair, fluff and breadcrumps. Netflix on the tv-screen should be logged in to a guest account. It wasn’t. We used our own account. But the TV is probably so old, that picture and sound doesn’t follow each other, there is a delay at the sound. We agreed that the host should return our deposit at 7 PM the day before we left the apartment, because then we new we would be home. During the day while we were out driving the host have been in the apartment, we came home 5 PM, finding the deposit lying at the table. We didn’t even got a message about it. I dont think it’s OK, comming when were not home, while all of our stuff is there.

Traffic noise due to centre location. Stairs up to property. Not good for elderly people.

The communication as well as the personal meetings with the host were very unpleasant. We had troubles with the key to the door (due to lack of information) and we weren't able to unlock it so the host called after the locksmith which we had to pay 50 euro for. The area was also very loud and noisy - even during the nights. The apartment itself was not bad, but due to the issues with the host I wouldn't recommend staying there.
