Location great (between beach and old town) Own pool. Spacious - room for us 5 very comfortably.

Lack of guidance (eg rubbish disposal, local supermarkets). Property a bit run down in places.

Location was excellent, in the middle of either the old town and the port. Villa was very spacious and it was a bonus having 3 bathrooms. Pool area was lovely with a lot of room and plenty of sunbeds, it caught the sun all day. Pool itself was very nice and big enough for 3 people (6 would have been a squeeze). The outside seating area was really nice.

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue as the floors needed cleaning, we had to wash the crockery and glasses before use. The dishwasher had not been emptied and there was a dead cockroach in it. The mirror in the second bedroom had a crack in it which I reported to the management people- it seemed like no one was checking the villa either after people left and before arrival. There were no bowls at all nor large plates, no mirror in the main bedroom. We couldn't find the washing machine, it was located in the shed, it was also rather old. The clothes dryer was falling apart. The attention to detail was lacking in the villa which was an issue especially given the price. There were a lot of rules! Including taking a photo of the electric meter on arrival and departure and sending to the company.

The house was very big, had enough space for all of us, the kitchen had lost of the equipment we needed, very nice pool. Excellent customer service, always helping with every issue no matter how late it was!

To be improved

You can smell stinky stench when entering the house, which is probably caused by high humidity. In the closet in the smaller room downstairs stinks terribly and the iron and iron desk were covered with mould, which made it impossible for us to use. Those are things that the owner should definitely take care of
