A lot is wrong with this place. Initially, it seems nice and elegant, but there’s a significant lack of attention to detail, which impedes holiday enjoyment. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper or toiletries (shampoo and shower gels). Although it’s self-catering, a mini bottle of shampoo and shower gel would be appreciated, especially for late arrivals. One window lacked a blind, leaving lights visible at night and early morning. The main glass door has a blind but doesn’t close fully, offering no privacy. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully, and the shower drains slowly and smells bad. The kitchen has few basic utensils, looking used and needing replacement. There was a clothes airer outside but no pegs, which is impractical in Fuerteventura due to the winds. The pool was unusable due to dirtiness, with cloudy water and no working filtering system or staff cleaning/checking pH levels. The bed was the worst we’ve ever slept on, with two beds joined by a urine-stained mattress topper sinking in the middle. Despite requesting a double bed, we received a cheap adaptation. The complex is extremely noisy, with groups of youths partying all night until 5 AM. I informed the host, who claimed to address it, but the noise continued. Upon checking out, I was gaslit, told to complain again if issues persisted. This was the worst place we’ve stayed in Fuerteventura, a house with furniture and no care for making your stay enjoyable. We’ve never been so happy to return home after a holiday, which is unfortunate.

The best

Úrsula and team were great hosts! We had a studio apartment with a big terrace and its own kitchen. The terrace offered stunning views of the volcano and the countryside towards the sea. Often times we would just turn off the lights and gaze at the stars at night. Also the hiking trail to the volcano begins just 1 min from the hotel. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

There was everything I needed for leisure and also remote working- coworking space, laundry room, kitchen with utelsils. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were the best!

To be improved

We could not close our bathroom door' so for some hygenic activities that could made the other person unconfortable.
