MacGregor Apartment

The air conditioner was leaking all day, so we we're changing the bucket very often. The smell at the stairs and at the toilet was terrible. The noise was very high and impossible to sleep but was something that you can expect being in the centre . The apartment as a whole wasn't kept very clean.

No information given prior as to how to check in. Had to contact them multiple times to try get a response. When we eventually were told to go collect the key from the pub, we were then told to wait while the staff member proceeded to make orders, which we were understanding of. However, we waited almost 30mins while they continued to take more order until I had to ask for a 3rd time, we were very annoyed when it ended up taking no time at all to hand us the keys and show us the door. The electricity then went off, I contacted the number and had no response. Could not sleep due to heat and noise. We went for breakfast, when we came back there was a man in the apartment fixing the electricity without warning. Do not stay. Not even worth it for the cheap price.

That was no option to leave bags before and after check in
