“Good sized apartment and walking disrance to city centre”
The best

The place is really central and walking distance to city centre. Adrian is a fantastic host and very responsive, gives good suggestions on what to do, where to eat. Access to the unit is super convenient through an app and I can open remotely when we go in at different timing. However, one must have mobile data to access it. There's NFC function which I did not try. The unit is fully equipped, it has washing machine and even a kettle! Really lovely. Parking was at a nearby paid car park, 10 mins walk. Managed to find one day of free parking 3 mins walk away. I strongly recommend the stay at his unit. I have a pax of 4 during the stay and we are happy with our stay.

To be improved

No sensor lights at the unit's level, need to manually press a button. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

“Very comfortable and central”
The best

Great apartment in a larger building near the river and marina. Quiet spot, and it was only 20 minutes walking to the conference centre I needed to go to. Very comfortable, very clean, had all the amenities you could wish for, and complete kitchen. Near to the centre and bars/restaurants as well. Highly recommend.

To be improved

I was a bit worried about the electronic keys (battery charge of my mobile phone), but everything worked fine. Even not reading the instructions (not my strong suit), and not knowing what to do at first, Adrian responded very quickly to my question and everything was solved within seconds.

Very well equipped (home away from home level). Convenient location. Good shower. Very responsive, flexible and helpful host.

To be improved

In winter it took a while to warm up, but heating is very efficient after that. Sound proofing between apartments can be an issue, but it’s day to day family noise. No issues overnight.
