“Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. There was air conditioning, free snacks and drinks, high-quality shampoo and shower gel, and even laundry detergent for the washing machine and a dryer — such thoughtful touches. It was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay — no problems or downsides whatsoever. The staff was very helpful, and support was available 24/7 if needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!”

“A very spacious room, with all we need. Room was clean, smells great Very close to the metro station. The personal was very kind, ask us if we ever need anything. You are very close to the supermarket, and a lot of fast food in the area.”

“Great apartment in madrid”
The best

The room was perfect they put a few things in the fridge for us like waters and beers. They brought a crib for my daughter right away at no charge. It says there's no wifi but there is with a smart TV also. Cheaper than a hotel and much more comfortable. Everyone says baf things about the neighborhood and while it's not the nicest we were there to visit family who had lived a few blocks away for 68 years and has never had an issue. We felt perfectly safe and the locals were friendly. 100% I'd stay with olala homes again.

To be improved

Nothing negative to really say but if I have to say something I'd suggest installing a latch inside the door that guests can use for peace of mind but as I said we felt safe the whole time.
