Madeinterranean Beach- Higueron Front Line Apartment

The location is decent — beachfront with a nice view, and the flat is okay for the price. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily long and complicated, with endless paperwork, photos, deposits, and signatures. It was confusing to figure out exactly where the flat was. The worst part happened on our very first day: while we were at the beach (after all the supposed security checks), someone broke into the flat and stole some belongings, including perfume and a watch — even though we left more expensive devices behind. Feeling extremely unsafe, we ended up blocking the door with a mop just to have some peace of mind. When we informed the host, she suggested it might have been a previous renter and said it like it was something normal, which was shocking. Although the host changed the lock the next day, she showed very little concern and told us to handle the police ourselves. Overall, I can’t recommend this place if you care about your safety or expect responsible hosting.

Not comfortable and very dirty

The online check-in process is very unclear, there is no instructions on what to be filled, and how.. There are 4 lock box on the wall, have to try one-by-one to get the keys

the stove needs repairing, which will be fixed shortly.
