i loved EVERYTHING about this home, its clean, its beautiful and modern, its in the middle of the hub in Madrid. we absolutely loved it.

It was clean

To be improved

Very small apartment for 5 people with children. The door system was not working & we stay outside in the street for almost one hour. The cleaner was inside no body opening the door for us. We contacted them multiple times, every time telling somebody is coming to solve the problems. It was horrible experience

The best

Good location near the underground, well-equipped (coffee machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.), we also found nice welcome pack in the fridge (water, juiced beer) - overall it’s very good value for money

To be improved

The apartment is darker and less spacious than it seems on the photos and could be a bit cleaner too. It was sometimes loud outside (but that’s what you pay for a good location).

The worst location ever , very unsafe neighborhood. Dirty bathrooms, cups / glasses .. had to wash it all, the electric kettle has insects and moss inside .. disgusting, I would not recommend anyone staying here
