Really well located a few mins walk from the restaurants etc

To be improved

Crockery, knives/forks etc would be useful particularly for breakfast. Car parking was a pain but manageable.

I stayed at Madison Rooms and was extremely disappointed with the level of service. The air conditioning in my room did not work at all, making the stay very uncomfortable. When I called the front desk to report the issue, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. His response? “It’s not that hot anyway” — as if that excused the fact that a basic amenity wasn't functioning. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. Guests pay for a certain level of comfort and service, and being told that my discomfort wasn’t valid is both unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff clearly lacked any intention of resolving the issue or offering an alternative solution. I would not recommend Madison Rooms to anyone looking for a decent and respectful place to stay. A working air conditioner and basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

Suitable for short stay. Was last minute booking and we were happy with room and location - close to railway station but aside from busy streets. Very nice bathroom and big plus that have AC

The best

The room was very clean, with air conditioning, the personnel was very nice and willing to answer to all the needs. It is my third time at this hotel and I really like it. The location is awesome.

To be improved

The walls in between rooms are very thin and unfortunately you can hear everything. There can be guests that don’t care to respect the quiet hours and you cannot rest properly.
