Nobody answers the phone and the booking service refused to give a refund.

This place is a scam. You get there and nobody answers the phone to take you to your place . This happened to me and somebody else that was staying there. Booking refused to give us refund even though we didn’t stay at the property. The fact this place is still on booking is insane, when all the reviews on here are horrible. Never will be using booking again and this place should be taken off.
This place is in a dangerous area, looks very different from the pictures, and it’s a third party place. The apartment complex has no idea about your stay. Look elsewhere, please do not come here. Save your time and money.

Even though I had specified the time of arrival (check in) , unfortunately, no one was waiting in the apartment. We called from 3 different phones the number of the contact, but no response. We wrote many email, but no response. We waited and asked all around, but no one could help us and no one could identify the owner of the apartment. We were a family with two young children. We asked all the hotels around and they were full. Finally, we took the taxi again and found a hotel too fair away and payed four times more. It was a horrible experience 😪 the children began to cry when we could not find a hotel around. It got 23.30 and we found ourselves homeless. Never trust in booking anymore. We spent 300 euro extra. How can we be refunded???

We did not get to see the property as our accommodation was cancelled on the day we were due to arrive
DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! The host cancelled our booking on the day of check in, whilst we were waiting outside. She sent messages promising to fully refund us, but the following day when we messaged her through the booking.com messaging platform she said we would not receive a refund. Luckily I had already contacted the website separately and sent screenshots of the messages she sent and they agreed to fully refund us. We arrived a couple of hours before our designated check in time and tried to get in contact to see if we could drop our bags early. Despite booking a week earlier we still hadn't recieved any details on how to check in and the only means of communication was calling her or messaging through the app. I tried both. I was getting worried when I was not able to get through and also tried to call through WhatsApp. I sent a couple of messages. I had tried to call 6 times before she got back to me, and when she did, from what I could hear and understand (it was a terrible phone line and my Spanish skills requires the other person to speak slowly and clearly) she was extremely hostile. She accused me of calling her 14 times and then refused to have us stay in her apartment at all. Because the line was so poor I tried to tell her that I was hanging up the phone and would try again, but she wouldn’t let me get a word in, so I hung up the phone and tried to call her back. She didn’t answer again and then started sending messages saying we needed to book a hotel. Luckily we managed to book another apartment in the same complex with a different owner who was extremely lovely, however it the whole process was extremely stressful. The fact that she would promise a refund via message and then use booking.com to later say we were not entitled to a refund (after we were forced to book somewhere last minute) seems particularly underhanded. Read through the reviews as we certainly aren’t the first people to have something similar happen.

Nothing. Owner don’t answer the phone. We have to look for another place - becouse we can’t come inside. We loose money, time and have a lot of problems!!!!!!!
We write to the object 22:26 that we will be in 10 Minutes. Write on whatsup, sms, booking.com - chat. Nobody answer. We don’t have money back from this reservation!!!! I don’t understand why booking don’t give us a money back. It’s crazy!!!!
