The best

Location is superb. A lot of restaurant and bar in the area. Close to both Atocha Station and the city center. Self check-in and apartment access is not difficult.

To be improved

The bath area in the bathroom is hard to get in, and the bathroom door lock is not so good.

A lovely apartment in the arts district, close to the park and Reina Sophia and Prado galleries.

To be improved

Bit tricky to get into the building initially, but the owners were easily contactable by phone and they spoke in English, which helped us.

Convenient location. There is all the necessary equipment - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. There is a possibility of early check-in.

To be improved

The apartments are quite worn out and require cosmetic repairs. The washbasin does not drain the water normally (everything is fine with the shower). Poor sound insulation, you can hear all the sounds from the neighbors. The surprise was the deposit, which was not notified at the time of booking. Wi-Fi is not available from all parts of the apartment (for example, it practically does not work from the main bedroom).
