Attending person seemed impatient in her texting when we were on our way via taxi. She did wait outside for us which was helpful.

To be improved

Four flights of stairs with no lift never mentioned. People taking showers and leaving lights on till after 2 am making noise. No AC. Was hot in the room. Completely dark in stairwell -lights would shut off once they were turned on briefly. Had to pay extra 15€ if arrived after 8 pm not mentioned in the the booking listing until after reserved. We got there before 9 pm due to our flight. Worst place I have ever stayed and got no sleep because of other people making noise and leaving lights on shining into to our room from kitchen and hallway lights. 4 showers were taken in the hallway between midnight and 2 am.

1. It was hard to unlock the gate with the key 2. There was problems with power at room and kitchen, they was unable to come to fix the outlet at soon and so we couldn't charge during staying. 3. The room is pretty small, it was not comfortable in summer.
