The apartment was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully appointed and very well located. David, the host, was extremely well organised leaving helpful notes and always contactable.

Decor, comfortable beds, powerful showers, well equipped kitchen. Location and ease to go to the city centre. Close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. David was an excellent host with great communication. This apartment is highly recommended.

Host David was very kind and helpful from booking to the end of our trip. Property is immaculately clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Madrid. Location is exceptional - relaxed family area and in walking/metro distance to all main sights/places of interest. Would definitely recommend!

A great bonus is the presence of two separate bathrooms, adding extra comfort. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants. Plus, the apartment is close to the metro, making it easy and quick to reach the city center and other areas of Madrid.
