The best

The 4-room apartment is well configured, having an en-suite bathroom in every room is really helpful. Nicely furnished, good quality amenities, close to metro station and various shops should you want to have something for breakfast or a quick dinner. Quiet street. Excellent heating/cooling system which proved handy since it was freezing in Madrid the time we visited it.

To be improved

Main issue is that shutters were closed and thus there was practically no natural light. Being located on the ground floor, with door and windows on the street means that you have to keep shutters on and it gets a bit suffocating after a few days. Also, there is no lounge area, only a galley kitchen to spend time together, therefore, take this under consideration should you plan an evening at the "house".
