Good area, nice decor, comfortable shower

To be improved

It's a semi basement so very dark and no mobile signal. I reported a faulty bedroom light on arrival but it took them nearly 72 hours and lots of pestering to come round and sort it out. The door code repeatedly failed and on one occasion it took me seven goes to get into the flat.

To be improved

Awful entry app that dropped out each time, standing in the rain trying to get it to connect. Location. At top of a hill, no facilities near, a long walk and bus to a coffee shop, never mind any restaurants. Long uphill walk back. BASEMENT property. No natural daylight, or ventilation, cold and smelt damp.
