My worst experience of a lifetime: - Checked into a dirty place, with months-old dust everywhere. - The AC hadn't been cleaned since World War II. Full of mold!!! - The heating function didn't work, and they weren't willing to help me fix it or provide a heater. - My wife caught a cold because of this, and my immune system was compromised. - The kettle didn't boil for 45 minutes, and they didn't care or offer any advice or replacement. - From the first morning, we were woken up by the sound of sewage coming from under our bed! - The sewage sound was followed by a sewage smell from a small door on the floor, and the owners ignored our questions about whether it was fixable. Our first days and schedules, as well as our experiences and first impressions of Spain, were ruined. They don't care about anything! They made us leave without any help or explanation. We spent many hours and one night handling everything over chat and phone calls with Booking, and we had to rent another place for a much higher price and one that was twice as small. Overall experience was disgusting and humiliating. Don't support this attitude and unprofessionalism with your money.

Only the landlord could learn too speak other language other than spanish.
