“Very dirty and bodily fluids and blood stained bed protector and sheets, not recommended”

The location was good, quite central and they replied pretty fast via WhatsApp.

To be improved

The apartment was VERY dirty, including the sofa, walls, bathroom, but especially the bed. The first night I saw that the mattress protector and the bedsheets were stained (even bloodstains) and had hairs (3 different colors) and very dirty in general so I took them out. I wrote on WhatsApp and attached photos and videos. They sent someone next day while I was out, to replace the sheets while I was gone. When I came back, the sheets were replaced BUT the mattress protector was the same, the cleaning staff took it from the floor stained and with same hairs and dirt on it and PUT it BACK on the bed and added clean sheets on top!!!! This is a health hazard, I DO NOT recommend. They sent their 9 euro breakfast (mostly bread and jam) complimentary for this, but it didn't help (couldn't eat sugar and bread anyway). I travel a lot to Madrid, but I will advise anyone to skip this accommodation.
