The best

Nice and clean place. Metro station, fruit-vegetable Store, supermarket, kebab restaurants nearby. Air conditioner was A1. Every Time I asked something, they respond fast.

To be improved

Thin walls, loud with the neighbours in. The flat was very small with the beds open. The toilet was in the bathroom. Very low water pressure in shower.

The best

The location is close to metro and bus stop from where you can reach the main attractions in the city centre and Atocha station very easily. There are several markets close to the accommodation. The apartment was good equiped, everything you need for a stay of several days is there. The elevator is available

To be improved

To enter the apartment, you have to download an app. This information was provided just one day before arrival, it should be done earlier. On Saturday and Sunday earning there was a loud music in the neighbourhood in the late evening, I think till midnight. While we were leaving the apartment, we got a call that the other guest complained that we are too noisy. Strange, I don't agree...

- Disaster. We arrived at 11pm (with kids), the apartment we booked was already taken! After few phones with a kind of call-center, we finally got keys to the different apartment. It was one big, very unpleasant experience. It was late at night, we were with kids, and we were not sure if we will got the keys for the apartment we paid. We have travelled whole Europe, from Portugal to Ukraine, from Sweden to Cyprus and we have never experienced anything like that. After few calls with those kind-of-call-center, they blocked my phone number. I could not contact with them, had to do using different phone. OK, mistakes happens sometimes, but nobody even said "I'm sorry" after that. - broken toilet seat, - noise from neighbors
