The host is very good at communicating quickly and meeting your needs (ex with more toilet paper or towels and cleaning).

To be improved

The price of the place matched with what we received. The pictures do not match the pictures. I thought the place had separate bedrooms but there are two beds in the same room with the bathroom right next to it. It seems like this place is an apartment where you enter a room with the room you will be staying at. The kitchen is outside the run and I assume shared with the other rooms. This is not a hotel, more like a hostel. There is also no elevator, if I would've known there was no elevator I would not have booked since I have a family member that cannot climb that many stairs.
