“Nice apartment for short stay in Madrid”

The apartment is very nice, equipped with all you need, very close to metro station and supermarket.

To be improved

The location is acceptable, it is good value for money. It was ok as we were only sleeping, leaving in the morning and back in the evening.

“The first time I read reviews about this apartment from previous guests, many mentioned discomfort due to the location — because of the presence of homeless people, drugs, and so on. However, after staying here myself, I didn’t experience any of that and found it very comfortable to live in. The friendliness of the owner, the complete facilities, and the guidance and assistance provided by the host made me feel that this property is perfect for living. You’re also very close to the Puente de Vallecas metro station, and all your daily needs are just a short distance from the apartment. Thank you to Madrid Sur Apartments — I wish you continued success. · Cons: This is not a negative review of the owner, but rather a cautionary note for future guests to be vigilant against potential dangers — especially digital threats. During my stay, I experienced a scam involving someone pretending to be the hotel manager, asking me to transfer a sum of money. Initially, they requested a €50 deposit, but in the second transaction, they asked for confirmation of €500. Fortunately, I quickly realized it was a scam. I immediately sent an official message through the booking.com chat with the property, and it turned out to be fake. Therefore, to anyone planning to stay here, please do not trust messages asking for payment via WhatsApp or outside the official booking.com chat. The links they send could very well be fake or fraudulent.”

“Fab stay in Madrid”

The best

It is a very nice flat located 5mins walk from Puente de Vallecas metro. You also have all kind of amienties nearby and if you want and like walking you could discover Madrid without any metro. On arrival they also provide you complemetary drinks, coffee.

To be improved

If you are located at ground floor, the main entrance door always smash everytime someone get in/out very loud.

“perfect stay”

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was clean and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing trip. The beds were great, and the space felt cozy yet spacious enough for our needs. Access was incredibly easy. we had no trouble checking in, and the host provided quick instructions ahead of time. The location is ideal, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, metro station is very close to apartment (200 m).
