The best

Location was great central to everything we needed in the old town. Apartment was super clean. Despite language barrier we enventually got the Nuki lock system worked out. Daughter said sofa bed was very comfortable

The Apt was very well located. Within walking distance from Madrid mayor attractions. Although right in the middle of the action, the Apt. was soundproof.

To be improved

Entrance to the building very outdated. Needs repair. The stairs are not leveled. Be careful. I looked for some xtra sheets for the bed and found 2 dirty comforters.

the locations is close by everything, it is really in the center of Madrid. Great location

To be improved

Unfortunately, we faced a problem with evacuations. We had a bad smell during our stay, mainly in the entry hall. Another point is that it is not well soundproof. We can easily hear neighbors and street noise.

Great location. Host was very responsive, place was roomy even with 4 person.

To be improved

Toilet drainage is slow (but expected) could do with a few more mugs and bowls. Check in is done through an App (i personally dislike having extra apps, but it's convenient to not need a key
