The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of a city. Everything was close, metro station, Atocha train station. The room was just for our needs, lot of small details that make your life easier. There was always something to eat in the kitchen, coffee, tea. Refrigerator with space for the room. We stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The communication with owner was effective and we had a good feeling.

Very clean, modern, in a great location where I could walk everywhere but was only metres from the metro station. Air conditioning worked beautifully and there were lots of thoughtful touches in the room

Central location, incredibly comfortable bed, well equipped common space. Coffee machine, fridge, iron - everything we needed. Great place!

The location is incredibly central—right between the Sol and Gran Via metro stations. So many things are within walking distance. For food and supplies, there are two supermarkets just a 2-minute walk away. Alba is a fantastic host—always quick to respond, solution-oriented, and very friendly. The partnership with Locker & Be Free, just 3 minutes away, gives guests a discount on luggage storage. Super convenient! The room size was just right (we stayed in Room No. 1). Coffee and small snacks in the common area were always well-stocked. We’d love to stay here again next time!

It's absolutely perfect. Fantastic and helpful host.Great location.. Could/would not fault. Had a private shower/bathroom. Breakfast was also there as there is a shared kitchen. Fridge for your own food. We used Carre supermarket across the street. We would go back.

Great location - in the heart of Madrid. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Shared kitchen with coffee and tea. Very easy accommodation. Perfect service :)
