Room is just acceptable. Pillows bed sofa bed were all old n stained. Bath room kitchen lounge worn out n not clean at all. No shower gel no shampoo no soap no cleaning liquids no washing powder. Check in instructions were so poor. Only Spanish no other languages could be used. Very poor communication. Took hours to check in. The check in link online was completely useless. Dont trust it if you watch it, you would only be misled to a lot more disasters. Very noisy too. Overall it is just the location is easily accessible to tourist spots.. Other things are absolutely nightmares. Definitely no next time except I have nowhere to stay. 100% to avoid.

The scent of the apartment was horrible ( the scent was coming from the bathroom ) , the couch was so uncomfortable and the sheets were a little dirty

The lights, only 3 lights, were working in the apartment. it's just too dingy. Half of the lights were not working. The shower was totally broken, it is so small that it's difficult to take a shower on top of that it was broken. Literally, no amenities were there. The locks are so difficult that it takes a few attempts to open. It's not so easy place to stay.

The apartment is on the sixth floor and the elevator didn’t work properly. The door doesn’t close at some floors (needs maintenance) so you need to figure out what floor it’s stuck on to go up/down the stairs to fix that and be able to use the elevator. That wasn’t fun with a kid and a stroller! We arrived late at night and there was barely any hand soap or toilet paper left or a clean sponge for the dishes. We wouldn’t mind it if it was mentioned that we need to buy it all. The owner never replied to our messages on booking. We only got very late automated responses that don’t really answer the questions. Also, for the 70 euros cleaning fees that we were charged, the place should be spotless, and it wasn’t. One last thing, the sofa bed, as mentioned in previous reviews was basically a mattress on the floor. Our 4 yo kid slept on it fine, but it certainly wouldn’t fit a normal sized person. Oh and maintenance people coming to the apartment to change the locks from manual to digital while we weren’t there and us informed about it a very short time ahead was very inconvenient, in addition to leaving a mess behind outside and inside the apartment.
