House is too cold, definitely not suitable for winter time, there is no AC or hearing system. In the house there are just 2-3 electrical heaters, one of them’s cable was burned and when we plugged in the whole electricity of the house shut down so it wasn’t safe. When we communicated with the owner he joked with us, his answer was “u should plug in the heaters for warming” I don’t know if people in granada don’t know how electrical things work…. Also there was problem about cleaning, we had insect bites next morning we woke up.

Facility poorly set up. No cutting board, no toilet paper, internet connection not working & needed to contact host, was not informed about long distance from parking area to place & we carried heavy bags further than believed needed. Plus, not informed about close by groceries and eating places

They should tell the name and nr of the street and then Bajo-D. I told them the coffee machine didn't work and they asked me if I had plugged it in! They made me make a video and send them. By the time they finally gave me a new coffee machine I almost had to go. But the worst thing is the light. The flat is extremely dark. Even during the day I had to turn the lights on.

There was a construction upstairs. It was noisy and dirty sometimes
