Quirky little apartment. Good location

The apartment was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed for a stay of a few days. Airconditioning was excellent for the heat of Seville and kept us very comfortable. The host had great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was also excellent - quiet area but everything within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The location is great very close to Las Setas and old town Sevilla Access from a less busy street in the city so not much outside traffic noise. The apartment I stayed is on the first floor.. There is a lift Inside is very well furnished for guests single or couples There is a functional galley kitchen with everything you need coffee machine electric kettle washer and dishwasher microwave if needed The shower room is spacious with two hand basins and bidet Toiletries supplied The lounge has a comfy hidden single bed and also sofa bed. I found very comfortable and the bedroom twin beds There is effective air conditioning The WiFi is good and a smart TV of required We were greeted by Irene who was great at communicating with us by WhatsApp A very pleasant and comfortable stay. I hope to be able to book and return to stay as I visit Sevilla or throughout the year for both business and leisure.

The host is nice and friendly. She allowed us to check in early and store our luggage.
