“Needs a complete refurbishment”
The best

The view was outstanding, but that was about all that was. The apartment balcony was a lovely size but the furniture needed updating.

To be improved

We arrived late at night and on checking in we didn't notice how dirty the apartment was. There was a bad smell coming from both bathrooms. The whole apartment needs a complete refurbishment. We had a problem with cockroach's and contacted the owner who did send some one with a can of cockroach spray and a couple of traps. So we had to spray the whole apartment every night before going out. In the listing it was not mentioned that we couldn't make a noise after 9pm (sitting on the balcony talking) as the apartment is in a residential complex.
