“Great location for access to the centre by tram locals very friendly people .”

Clean and well presented. Host was very pleasant and helpful. No problems getting access and thankfully air conditioning worked very well in the heatwave!

I would give this room the highest rating. The couple is very friendly, and their apartment is excellent. The room is very clean and comfortable for a family trip. The layout of the room is well-designed, providing a great private space.

Two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms made this very nice. Natalia, the host, was always very responsive and made us feel very welcome

The best

Natalia and Sergej are very helpful and kind people. The flat is very well equipped and the property is clean. Flat is very spacious and it is suitable for family stay. Good advantage is parking lot in the garage. Flat is not so far from metro station. Supermarket is nearby as well as the ATM.

To be improved

With this accommodation you have to be prepared for following things: 1) when you arrive during night you will be charged by 70 € 2) Airport transfer is not possible during the night too as is written on the website 3) Be ready to pay 300 € as a deposit at the beginning of your stay. When you finish without damages they return it back. 4) Spanish or Russian language are available only 5) For business purposes there are no chance for invoice
