It was on the peripheral edge of a huge building site. Rock breaking jackhammers started at seven in the morning and did not finish till four in the evening every day. It was a nightmare on top of which the pool and bar facilities for the location were closed for a month. The nearest restaurant bars were 500 m away.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped in the kitchen. However, sleeping on the sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. One part creaked loudly, and the other was sagging — I honestly don’t understand how it’s even usable as a bed. If you prefer to sleep in darkness, I wouldn’t recommend this place — the living room is very bright at night. There are no blackout curtains, and two strong streetlights shine directly through the windows. Another issue was the loud construction work outside, which started at full intensity from 8 a.m. You definitely need a car if you stay at this location. The apartment itself is very basic and lacks coziness. But if you plan to travel a lot and only need a place to sleep, it might not be a big issue.

Apartment is nice and big, also clean. Check in and getting keys was easy, also checkout. Location is quiet and friendly also parking was not a problem even in the evenings. Kitchen is clean and well equiped. Otherwise apartment is really good.

To be improved

Location is not that good, yes its quiet and friendly, but you are faar from everything, you need to have rentacar. Also in the shower cabin in the bathroom, the floor is falling apart a little bit.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The location was very good with free access to a beach club with great views. There was a pool bar that served good food and drinks at a fair price. It was only a 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants in Callao Salvaje. We had a washing machine, and even the detergent and washing up liquid, etc, were provided.

To be improved

There were 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment, which was fine until I had an accident and needed crutches. There is extensive building work going on in the area, making it noisy and dusty.
