This is a well equipped apartment right in the centre of Puerto. The square below the balcony has a great atmosphere.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF PUERTO Family of 4, stayed here for 3 weeks (1st Dec – 22nd Dec 2023). The apartment is absolutely lovely, having recently been refurbished (earlier in 2023 as we understand). Very spacious, with full cooking facilities and a lovely balcony that overlooks the main square (Plaza del Charco) and also the little beach front (Playa del Muelle). Let me tell you about some of the facilities/amenities provided that you may be wondering about: • Supermarket on Ground Floor • Lot of restaurants, cafes, shops on the doorstep • Coffee Machines (1 Dolce Gusto – user needs to provide pods; 1 filter coffee machine) • Kettle • Double Oven • Hob • Microwave Oven • Fridge/Freezer • Washing Machine • Mugs (good size for Brits 😊) and coffee cups • Plenty of Towels provided as well as beach towels • Good WIFI • Decent TV • No aircon but each room has ceiling fans • Good wardrobe and storage space, clothes hangers provided We have stayed in Puerto de la Cruz before, and having stayed this time for 3 weeks we know the place extremely well. There are good bits as well as not so good bits. For example, the apartment being in the centre of town is both good and bad. In the daytime it is absolutely brilliant to be so close to all the local amenities and to hear the hustle and bustle of people enjoying their time, eating at restaurants, playing on the park, buskers playing music. But at night, it can be difficult to sleep. From Sunday to Wednesday, the bars close at midnight, and the nightclubs close at 3:00. From Thursday to Saturday, they both close an hour later. As the taxi rank is right below the apartment, there is a lot of noise when the bars close and then again when the nightclubs close as everyone queues to get a taxi back to their hotels. And then at 6:30 the Plaza is cleaned and the roadsweepers and maintenance teams busily and noisily clean the area. From about 7:00 to 10:00 the square is lovely and quiet again.
