“Superb”
The best

Cozy studio with all main necessities. Great location, close to Atocha station but further away from the business of the city. Communication was efficient and quick. Didn't see a single cockroach, as mentioned in the previous reviews, so either it was treated or I just got lucky. Gave it a 9 because the location was perfect for the purpose of my trip and it was a good value for money considering that it is difficult to find an affordable place ( which isn't a hostel ) in Madrid at this time of the year.

To be improved

Shower glass is broken and water leaks to the floor, can flood the bathroom if not being careful. It was mentioned in the previous review but not taken care of. It is a ground floor with the minimum amount of day light.
