There were no issues with parking nearby, and communication with the property representative was fast and smooth. Also worth mentioning is the access to a public beach and the possibility to buy entry to the nearby La Punta Yacht Club, where you can enjoy sunbeds and a natural sea pool. · Cons: Overall, not a terrible experience, but the price is not justified for this apartment — especially considering it needs renovation. The swimming pool was in poor condition, with paint peeling off the walls and dissolving into the water. While swimming, you could actually smell and feel the paint in the air, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the garden furniture was quite dirty and torn, which made it uncomfortable to use.”

Great location - very quiet/peaceful. Pool was bigger than expected which was a bonus. Property had everything we needed.

Bath towels could have been a bit bigger 😉

We as a family loved the property. The girls had so much fun. The house was fully prepared and everything that you would need was there. Thank you for staying at this magnificent house.

To be improved

The pool was not controlled by temperature. Too cold to swim. Maybe next time when the renewed the pomp the temperature wil be better.
