“What a view”

The best

Excellent location, wonderful stay, cosy and comfortable, right beside the sea. You can move the curtain in morning and sip a cup of tea with a magnificent view of sea. What else do you need?. Located close to centrum where abundance shop and restaurants are there

The best

The location is good but we have to walk 20 mins to a beach. The pool was closed because of shortage of water.

To be improved

There is not enough of toilet paper. Owner should have prepared more toilet paper. There is no towels. If no towels they should notice to us stand out about it. I supposed to order towels, but we had to order 24 hours before. O didn’t know that. They told me that it is noticed email, but I couldn’t find where they write.

Before arriving, comprehensive information provided about how to get to the flat and the person met us at the right time with no problem. Nice view of the sea.

To be improved

Having paid 170 euros for one night we arrived to be told there are no towels unless we pay extra and only in cash. Towels, like sheets, are an essential and expected item when you rent a flat as a tourist. I rent my own flat out and would be utterly ashamed to welcome people to it with a demand to pay more for something so basic knowing they have no other choice. There was also no shower soap or shampoo, and worse, only one small toilet roll for 6 people (with no shops open to buy more). When we inquired about this the next morning we were told "it's because people steal them", and that "this is not a hotel". If you rent a flat out to tourists you are working in the hospitality industry, something the people who manage this flat have evidently not internalized. Also, no Wi-Fi (in 2023!), four flights of steps to get to flat with no lift.
