The kitchen floor was full of ants, crawling back to the food. The air conditioners in the two rooms were broken and very hot, and they had not been repaired in the five days of check-in.

Great apartment and location. Spacious. Clean.

Slow response to our concerns: door key pad was faulty at first we waited 45 mins. No bolt lock for front door. AC not working properly in bedrooms. TV not connected to wifi. Closets of 2 smaller rooms have no shelves.

“Great location”

The best

Great location, right in the centre. Walking distance to all places, a lot of good restaurants near by. The flat is very modern and a good size for a large group.

A few small issues when we checked in, there were no towels and some missing pillow cases, once we contacted them they delivered them same day. One of the shower drains was blocked which was disappointing, they had someone come check it same day but they weren’t able to completely fix it as assuming it needed a proper fix which would take time.
