- Very easy to communicate via whatsapp - Early check in right after we arrived via train making it a delightful beginning of our Seville trip! - Adrienne arrived earlier in the unit to welcome us and showed how to get in/out. She speaks excellent English and she is very friendly! - superb location (everywhere is walkable beside going to the train station), wifi & facilities - kitchen is well equipped - new, modern, cozy n spacious design - very clean

To be improved

Nothing much besides a couple of hiccups but they try their best to resolve. 1. The elevator is not working which is not their fault as it’s managed by the building. They let us know via WhatsApp before we arrived (and offered to help with luggage). However, the unit is at first floor hence it’s really not a big deal at all for us. Just a few steps 2. The washing machine having pump issues in the midst of the washing and we couldn’t take out our laundry as the machine’s door is locked. They sent someone to help with the issues promptly after they received our message. Very thankful they managed to open the laundry door on a Sunday afternoon as we were leaving early morning next day!

“Exceptional”

The best

Great location with plenty of coffee shops nearby. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Very comfortable apartment for our family of 5, very clean and having basic cooking essentials was very helpful. We had a great time.

“Sevilla is a very attractive location to visit but not the apartment I rented”

First I missed the cancellation date by a few hours and the owner refused to pay back the deposit Second I had to walk between the apartment and the place where the key was stored in an ofiice 15 minutes and then I get a spare key of the office and I had to go to the apartment find a key in the apartment and than return to the office to bring them the spare key and return back to the apartment. I never had to do such an effort in order to get the key!,

“Beautiful apartment close to Las Setas”

The best

The property was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It had a fabulous shower with thick towels. It had an iron & ironing board which I needed. The hair dryer had a diffuser which I needed. The staff I talked to in person and by phone were very helpful. I will definitely be back.
