Dark internal room. Iron and ironing board both broken - we were in town for an event needed the iron!

Noise, Cleanliness, Wifi The apartment is okay overall, but there are definitely some downsides worth noting. The area is very noisy—you can hear everything from street traffic to construction and people talking inside the apartment… There’s virtually no noise insulation, which made it hard to relax. We are a couple with an infant travelling at this time. On our first night, an alarm suddenly went off, and we had no idea what was happening. We stepped outside the building but couldn’t figure anything out, and when we tried to call the emergency contact number provided, no one picked up. Fortunately, it turned out to be a false alarm, but it was an unsettling experience, especially with an infant… In terms of cleanliness, it’s “ok-ish” but not great. While the main areas were generally tidy, things like drawers and cutlery were dirty, and there were ants all around the kitchen. The towels had visible stains. Wifi sometimes didnt work. For my own personal preference, if kitchen towels and facial tissues were provided would be lovely and would have made a difference for day-to-day use. Overall, not terrible, but not quite up to the standards I expected.

In the general photos we could see a jacuzzi, but it was only available for another room. This was disappointing. The apartment could have a bit more natural light.

Maybe could provide beach towels for use on the terrace as the outdoor furniture cushions were stained,( maybe just me with ocd) I ended up using a hand towel from the bathroom to sit on.
