“Overall a nice stay, room was exactly as pictured.”
The best

1. The location is good, in between the cathedral and plaza de España, with a walk of 10 minutes you will get to either place. I liked it is on a main avenue (but quiet) and not within the narrow streets of historical area, because it is easily accessed by car. 2. The apartment is safe, you will need an entry code for the main door and also the door of the flat. The entry process is super smooth that you do not need to spend extra time figuring out how to open the door as indicated clearly in the instructions. There is also an elevator if you have heavy luggage. 3. There are 2 dryers and 2 washing machines on the ground floor (not many people in the building) basically you can use them whenever you want. 4. The room is modernly decorated, nice and clean. It has all necessities you will need for a couple days of stay (including tablewares）.

To be improved

Just some small problems: 1. Some areas of the house could be cleaner, there are few stains on the table and wall of the washroom. 2. The floor of the shower is too flat so that there is little amount of water can not be drained down the sink. It is a problem of design. 3. The garbage bin in the washroom could be larger for people who planned to stay longer. 4. The air conditioner is too cold and no matter how I adjusted it just went back to 18C. Could be a plus for somebody but not for me. 5. The dryer on the right side in the laundry room seemed could not work (I could be wrong but I tried several times different programs, it just automatically stopped after a few minutes), so I turned to the left one and it worked.

Apartment was in a very good location and were very clean and modern.

To be improved

The only problem we had was that the bed which was 2 single.put together kept sliding off the bed frame...this was quite annoying.at times

“Great spot for everything a city break to Seville had to offer”
The best

Everything you could need. Super comfy bed and pillows, great facilities and most importantly, AIR CON! Everything is super clean and tidy and the apartment has everything you could want. The location is great, opposite the beautiful city park and Alcazar and a five minute walk to the Plaza De Espana, and just on the entrance to the Santa Cruz area.

To be improved

It overlooks a main avenue, so can be a little noisy with fast traffic whizzing past.
