Location fine. Breakfast not provided.

Lack of interpersonal communication. Cooker didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work. Not even a welcome bottle of water after flight. A number of small things which would have made a big difference. E.G. instructions on accessing English channel for television. A great location but lack of communication and cooker and coffee maker not working let it down big time. Late flight Home nowhere to store cases.

Location of the apartment

To be improved

Difficult to notice the apartment once you follow the direction on arrival. Main building door lock kept broke and we were not able to secure it when we leave. Response time of the support team was OK but not prompt.
