“Excellent place to stay”

The best

Location is great! Really close to the Santa Justa train station, with restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The main bus station is also reachable via the bus. Bus stand is located right across the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped. They provided everything you could possibly need like detergent, dish washing liquid, salt & pepper. Many places don’t provide these so it was great they did.

To be improved

Not the apartments fault but The walls are thin! I could hear noisy neighbors upstairs and as it’s located near the street, there’s street noise.

Ceiling over bathroom vanity fell almost hitting me on head. I reported it and no one came to see if I was ok and no one came to fix in 5 days we were here. I believe compensation for inconvenience should be offered. In addition, hot water did not last long enough for 2 persons to shower without waiting for long periods of time.

Ideal location, airport bus just front of the building.

difficoult to enter into the building (web link + PIN), strange noise when opening the bathroom door, for WiFi connection use the QR code on the backside of the router
