The location is perfect for visiting Valencia, in the middle of everything. The apartment is recently renovated, with a grate taste, comfortable and efficient.

Location was great for park and oceanografic and hemosferic experience. The property had everything you could possibly need.

“A small but very well appointed apartment that could actsleep a family of 5 as 2 sofa beds. Nice and clean and good shower. Easy access and good host communication · Cons: I stay in a quiet countryside house so was not able to deal with the noise from the busy 3 lane street outside the door. Traffic lights make it worse as its not a constant noise so had a very poor sleep as just not used to the noise but sure for some people that is not an issue”

I stay in a quiet countryside house so was not able to deal with the noise from the busy 3 lane street outside the door. Traffic lights make it worse as its not a constant noise so had a very poor sleep as just not used to the noise but sure for some people that is not an issue

The location turned out to be perfect for us: midway between the city center and the oceanographic, we walked to all our destinations discovering new areas. The area is served with shops and cafés.
