MAHI Vacation Home in Tenerife Sur

So much - firstly, our apartment was dangerous, with 2 electrical sockets hanging off the wall [I have pictures]. The sliding door to the outside area were so difficult, that my wife could not open /close it herself [I have a picture]. The kitchen utensils were scarce, including only x1 tea towel, no scissors, no cleaning products [only washing up liquid]. Other issues included; a bedroom light that was programmed to come on the middle of the night [every night], and a safe that was not operational. We had NO contact with anyone from your company, until I reported a major bathroom water leak on Day 6 [I reported that to reception /then Douglas made contact and came to fix it within the hour]. There was no welcome pack, indeed not anything to make us feel good about our entry to the property. The decor was dull and uninspiring. Looking back over the past 10 years of European travel, it is by far the worst experience we have had. We have been to the Albatros a few times before. Since it has changed to MGM the complex has deteriorated significantly. The restaurant on site was non-existant. The complex is in need of dramatic TLC
