“Sleepless nights next to a playground”

We booked an apartment that was advertised as having a “park view”, but what we got was a ground floor unit with frosted windows and no view at all, just a playground right outside the door. But the biggest issue was the noise and lack of privacy. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the neighbors talking clearly at night, and worse, the playground turned into a hangout spot for groups of people drinking and shouting until 4 AM, literally right in front of our door. Because the apartment opened directly onto the playground, it felt really intimidating to have a crowd gathered just steps away from where we were trying to sleep. The sound was so loud it felt like they were in the room with us. Not at all the peaceful stay we were expecting.

“Well I travel a lot and for the past 20 years I've rented many apartments across Europe, probably more then 20 countries and many many apartments. This is by far the biggest surprise I've had. I'll just name few details we found in the apartment so you can see what attention to details owner has. Beach towels, ladies compresses, 2 pairs of earplugs even though it's not noisy at all... I mean the apartment is flawless, super clean, brand new, fully equipped from wine glasses and kitchen utensils, everything well organised, clean and useful to bedroom and bathroom, 2 AC units, brand new in a quiet area yet well connected to everything you need. The brochure included with all the informations about the city, history, art, beaches is a peace of art honestly. Someone spent some serious time to create it and it could be easily sold in a bookshop as a guide. I've never seen anything like it. The person who greated us was very nice and polite with all the information ready. Well done, this is the example of a great hospitality. It's going to be hard to give 10 to anyone else now.
