To be improved

There was no staff. I was sent an email and phone number to call the day before arriving which was impossible as I had no Europe connection on my phone. Luckily the staff of the hotel I was staying in helped me out. Without them we would have been in trouble Not recommended for travellors

“Lovely character property in the centre of Jaca .”
The best

Wonderful location in the centre of Jaca and with a secure car park only 20 metres from the property. Communication was excellent and everything was available as per texts and emails. The building, although dating back to the 1450's had a modern clean interior with a well heated and comfortable room with en suite facilities. There were plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes within a stones throw of the building so once parked there is no need to use the car again. A communial kitchen was useful to make drinks and to eat food purchased from local take-a-way outlets.
