We should have paid more attention to previous reviewers who observed the gap between what is advertised and what is actually offered. This is a small basic room in an apartment with common space, not a "double room" with "tea and coffee maker, a balcony with river views" as advertised. Breakfast is not a "served" "buffet", but some basic stuff in the kitchen (bread, fruit, no butter or jam). There is no-one welcoming you, although the owner does her best to give instructions via WhatsApp.

“Breakfast” consisted of diy moldy marmalade, toast and some ham. Apartment was booked by two couples at once, sharing the facilities/kitchen. Host was not present at arrival, and other guests had to let us in.
