“Don’t come here. You live next to the dump”

Only reason why we booked here was because family lives nearby, standard house, nothing special(airco makes the hole floor wet!!!, dangerous with kids!!!!), you have to pay for cleaning service but when you leave it has to be in same estate!!! Owner made an official complaint about: 4! GlassBottles (because you leave at night and don’t want to wake neighbours throwing them out BINS IN FRONT OF HOUSE) cleaning staff had to put some glasses back on the right spot and clean the fridge!!! And that was the worse she had ever seen! Believe it or not The night I was leaving one of the lamps next to bed broke, owner asked 50€ charge for it, I bought him 2! New ones, never any thanks!

To be improved

The owner and staff, the bins next to the house, break in’s at night(neighbour), owner complaining about nothing (especially for things you pay for) and because his complain I lost all my credits on booking-com. Seriously find somewhere else to stay, not worth it!

“Lovely house, would stay again!”

The property was nice and clean. It has everything that was needed for our stay. The location was good not too far to the strip and not too far to La Zenia Boulevard. The contact Maria was very helpful and quickly responded to messages. I would stay here again!

To be improved

No WiFi but managed without it.

“Very disappointing and refuse bins outside our door over full with rubbish.”

The apartment was not cleaned to a good standard and outdoor furniture full of pet hairs ,dirty and just 2 broken mugs and stained cushions on sofa .Overall very disappointing for the money we paid as other guests paid a lot less for the same apartment.very disappointing

“A double experience; first and last.”

-Pool at the back of the house, however with strict rules which make it no fun for kids ( no floating things, no food etc) AND there is an old lady who oversees that they are followed. - The host replies quite rapidly.

To be improved

- Beds were really small (I guess the bed in the masterbedroom measures 1.4m*1.8m) - the airconditioning in the main bedroom was not capable of cooling the room sufficiently during the night. - BBQ and oven were not clean, in fact there were crusts and other remainders of food from former tennants which were not removed/cleaned. - there is NO WiFi in the house. Only at the poolside where it is shared with 40+ connections (hence zero to no speed/ signal) - we didn't get a proper introduction, the keys were handed over quickly by the parents of the contact person of the host and they left in a hurry .
