It's amazing that the staff is available 24/7 via WhatsApp. They're helpful and friendly.

To be improved

Room location - I'd rather be facing the noisy street than be on a ground-level patio.

The best

Very efficient about letting us know when the property was ready, which meant we did not waste time hanging around waiting to drop our bags. We were greeted and shown where everything was and given good ideas about what to see while there. Fantastic staff! Everything was fine: nice hot water, comfy bed, and no noise being it was midweek, and we were at the back of the property. All in all, it was a nice stop, and we really enjoyed the Botanical Garden and the town of Barakaldo. Thank you.

To be improved

The kitchen, as the description says, is limited to a microwave and fridge, not for meals, just snacks. This didn't matter with our one-night stay, but it might to some.

town centre apartment, with local bars, restaurants and shops. Very close to the nearest metro station.

Location was great, everything worked ok online

To be improved

Street noise was not a problem, however, the other guests were having a party in the corridor and knocking on all doors. Noise and partying didn’t stop until 0430 am. If you are travelling for work like I did, I do not recommend this place.
